“Auditions Announced for Upcoming Talent Showcase”
ORLANDO, FL – April 4, 2022 – The Heart & Soul Music Festival in collaboration with 98.5 the Wire will host auditions for the upcoming Talent Showcase. Singers, rappers, dancers, musicians, comedians, and creatively inspired performers of all ages are encouraged to audition for the showcase. Individuals, as well as group acts, will be accepted.
“The talent show is an opportunity for artists to showcase their talents to the community. I know there are many talented people in Orlando who are eager to show off their skills. We hope to see a diversity of performances,” says Paul Billings, organizer of Heart & Soul Music Festival and General Manager of WHPB 98.5 FM, Paul Billings.
Auditions will be held at the Ogunlanos Closet, 2600 Maguire Road; Ocoee, FL 34761. Performers are invited to audition on the following dates:
- Thursday April 21, 2022 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
- Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Performers will audition for an opportunity to share their talent at the upcoming Talent Showcase on May 21, 2022. Participants will compete for a $1000 Cash prize awarded to the 1st place finalist. In addition to the cash prize, the top 3 finalists from the showcase will open for The Isley Brothers at the 2022 Heart & Soul Festival on October 8.
