Former “Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta” actress Reginae Carter is once again being compared to her former foe Jayda Cheaves in the looks department.
The 20-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to show off a lace-front unit she was donning at the time. In the video, Carter flossed her straightened tresses and natural makeup look while jamming to Meek Mill and Ella Mai’s “24/7” song in the background.
She wrote in her caption, “24/7 ? … Hair from : @thediorkollect_.”
Fans instantly compared Carter’s facial features and skin complexion to Cheaves, the girlfriend of rapper Lil Baby.
“You and @thejaydacheaves are twins I swear ❤️,” one fan wrote.
“I thought this was Jayda ? Love…..your hair nae looking so cute,” another added.
A third fan wrote, ” Dang Nae and @thejaydacheaves got da same eyes, nose and skin. They look alike.”
Cheaves joined in the comments under Carter’s photo and commented with heart eyes emojis.
Carter and Cheaves were feuding on social media for the longest, but it appears the two young women have made amends. Their beef first ignited in March, 2018 after a fan compared Cheaves “cuter” appearance to Carter’s.
“Maybe it’s just me but you kind of look like Reginae Carter in the face just not as thick,” a fan retweeted a photo of Cheaves while @ her.
The 20-year-old social media influencer responded back, “Way cuterrr.”
When fans called Cheaves out for seemingly shading Carter, she responded, “If the tweet was on the other foot she should say the same period. Self confidence is the best! Idgaf who ya’ll compare me to I’m way cuter period. Stop being messy ?.”
Carter issued a classy clapback that was seemingly directed towards Cheaves by slamming her for discrediting another woman’s appearance.
“I got a question why do females discredit other females. I also got an answer the feel threatened by you. Don’t stop being amazing girls! It’s always gonna be someone who secretly wants your life but they cover the envy with shade.”
