Two honor-roll students from the Pine Hills community are less than one month away from a life-changing, all expenses-paid trip to the beautiful country of Ghana, West Africa.
K’andra Pope and Brandan Louis are both honor rolls students at Maynard Evans High School in Pine Hills, Florida. The trip is being paid for by WHPB 98.5 The Wire, as part of the station’s youth mentor-ship program. All necessary documentation, travels arrangements and every possible accommodation they may need for this trip has been included, and taken care of. This trip will be the culmination of months of planning, and preparation. Our hope is that this trip would serve to inspire, and motivate other young people to apply themselves, and achieve their full potential, as the future innovators and leaders of our community.
Family, we can’t make this trip happen without your support.
Contributions of any size to this effort would be greatly appreciated, are 100% tax deductible, and could potentially change a child’s life. Thank you in advance.
