It looks like social media is over the whole squabble between rapper Remy Ma and her foe “Love and Hip Hop: New York” star Brittney Taylor.
Remy and Taylor apparently have been exchanging implied jabs toward each other on social media over the past few months after the 30-year-old reality star claimed she was physically assaulted by the “Hands Down” rapper a few months ago. Remy apparently still has some feelings of resentment towards her “LHHNY” counterpart and posted an alluding post this week that fans believed was directed toward Taylor.
The 39-year-old rapper took to her Instagram page Tuesday afternoon and posted a quote that read, “No Bum B–ches Formed Against Me Shall Prosper.” Affirming her post, she added in her caption, “Speaking it into existence ? #RemyMa #NoBumBitchesFormedAgainstMeShallProsper.”
While there was a small few of people who thought her post was targeted towards rap rival Nicki Minaj, a large majority felt it was aimed at Taylor.
“I’m not sure if she talking about Nicki or Brittney but Remy just leave that shxt in the past ???? they ain’t worth it.”
“Don’t get me wrong Brittney is a pu–y but she ain’t worth yo energy. Just let it go Rem.”
“Love her but it seem like she beefin w herself. Brittney has been quiet lately. I’m just tired of this whole beef ?.”
Remy’s post comes days after Taylor appeared in court on July 8 to answer to an assault charge of her own and weeks before the finish of her parole term, which ends August 1.
Her assault case with the “LHHNY” star sparked an investigation into parole violation by the New York State’s Division of Parole. For those who don’t know, Remy served six years in prison and was released in 2014 for shooting a friend in a dispute. Nevertheless, the “Terror Squad” rap diva was arrested for the incident with Taylor in May and was booked on charges of misdemeanor assault. She bailed out shortly afterward and her attorney claimed all of Taylor’s accusations against his client were false.
Remy was accused of sucker punching Taylor in the eye during the Pretty Lou Benefit Concert at Irving Plaza in April. Remy maintains she is innocent. If a court find she did indeed assault Taylor and was in violation of her parole, she could be facing additional time behind bars.
