Joseline Hernandez is creating a stir on social media in a good way.
The former “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” celeb and her daughter Bonnie Bella recently graced the cover of Alpha Female Magazine for its special Mother’s Day edition, and the duo looked absolutely dashing.
The self-proclaimed “Puerto Rican Princess” and her daughter sported matching red ensembles as they posed outside together in front of a bird bath fountain. She posted the magazine issue on her Instagram Sunday afternoon and wrote in her caption, “Thank you @alphamagazines & @alphafemalemagazine for not only allowing my daughter and I to grace the cover but helping us create this concept to share with the world. Happy Mother’s Day.”
If Hernandez’s exquisite magazine cover with baby Bonnie wasn’t enough to warm fans’ hearts, she also reflected on her journey as a mother.
“Being a mother is learning about strengths you didn’t know you had, and dealing with fears you didn’t know existed,” she added.
Fans gushed over her post, complimenting the star on her mothering efforts.
“Independent woman ? I’m so proud of you Joseline becoming a mother really changed you for the better.”
“Motherhood has really changed you! You and Bonnie look so beautiful flawless ❤️.”
“Gorgeous ? @joseline might sound cliché but I’m so proud of your growth as a mother I told people this baby is going to change u. You proved them wrong and me right ?? salute to u Puerto Rican Queen.’
“This is absolutely beautiful! Happy Mother’s Day lady ❤️?? #joslinehernandez amen Sis that exactly what momhood is!!!”
In 2012, Hernandez made her first big break on reality television when she joined “LHHATL.” She was known for her feisty attitude and her provocative mannerisms. But she quit the show in 2017 after claiming she was portrayed in a negative light.
Before exiting stage left, the previous December 2016 she’d given birth to her daughter, a child she shares with music producer Stevie J. She said her pregnancy made her eliminate alcohol and drugs out of her life.
“It made me better. When I was pregnant for 37 weeks, that’s a place of stillness; no drugs, no alcohol, no nothing,” she told the Breakfast Club in 2017 during an interview. “The yoga what I practiced. Pregnancy taught me how more greater I can become. Motherhood changes you, its like everything is so clear.”
Lately, Hernandez and her ex-fiancé Stevie J. have been making news after going back-and-forth over their daughter Bonnie Bella. Hernandez claimed he’s been an absentee father, and Stevie claims the 32-year-old has been keeping him from their child. The pair seemingly have yet to resolve their co-parenting issues.
